Casa Caracol Panama

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.

The Problem State

Paid ads did the heavy lifting — and the audience left the moment the spend stopped.

Inconsistent feed and visual presence. The feed was a mix of different branded graphics, images from various photographers, and no real sense of a cohesive brand.

Posting cadence was inconsistent, which was flagging algorithms to deprioritize the page, continuing the reach decline.

The Solution

A person holding a smartphone displaying analytics data, including accounts reached, impressions, account activity, profile visits, and website taps, in front of blurred plants.

The team at Casa Caracol wanted a presence that could hold on its own — real reach, real engagement, and a feed that sounded like the hotel rather than an ad for it. So we leaned into the property's slow-luxury character, putting the feeling of being there front and center. We wrote posts designed to draw people in with genuine engagement prompts, and worked the account actively every day — commenting on posts within a geofenced set of target cities to put Casa Caracol in front of the right audience.

Lean into Organic

Onsite, Branded Photoshoots

We produced a three-day photo and video shoot on property, casting models to capture what it actually feels like to stay at Casa Caracol. The result was a library of 350+ fully edited assets — including drone photography and video — giving the brand a deep well of Reels and feed content to draw from long after the shoot wrapped.

Each month, we built a full content calendar for the team to review and approve before anything went live. That kept the feed on a consistent, deliberate posting cadence — which does two things at once. It signals to guests that Casa Caracol is an active, present brand worth following, and it retrains Instagram's algorithm to trust the account again, prioritizing it in feed and discovery.

The Results

With paid switched off, raw reach settled back to its true organic size — that's the paid air leaving the balloon, not a drop-off. What filled the gap is the part that counts. As the organic content engine spun up, post interactions climbed 1,407% and likes 1,482% over the prior period, with reel interactions up 505%. The account held a 5.4% engagement rate — several times what accounts this size typically see.

Organic Social Media Marketing Continues to Hold Strong

Anyone can spike a number once. However, the real test over the next quarter was to see if our strategy held strong — by comparing against our own organic-to-organic shift. Reach grew 52%, views 45%, interactions 63%, all under their own steam. Post reach was up 182% and saves 380% — which is a solid signal that people are connecting with the content and wanting to come back to it again. 129 new followers came in over a single 30-day stretch, and every one of them earned.

Real Impact. Real Results.

Five months in, Casa Caracol had traded rented attention for the real thing — a Panama-rooted audience of 56K that likes, saves, shares, and keeps coming back. That's the difference between a feed that performs because you pay it to, and one that performs because people want in.
